Ordered and paid for my cartridges 30th May. Not received by 4th June so emailed company and received no reply. Phoned on 8th June and after a long wait on phone I got through to Customer Services to be told there was an error on processing my order and it had been lost in the system, despite receiving an email on 31st May saying my order had been processed and goods dispatched. Operative confirmed goods would be with me next day but it’s now the 10th June and still no goods. Very disappointed with this company.

My refund has not been processed as promised. I returned a quantity of unopened compatible toner cartridges, following the issue of an RMA. My refund has not arrived, and emails to the company go unanswered.

I shopped around for replacement cartridges for our printer and Tonergiant was very competitively priced so I placed the order. They arrived within a few days, and earlier than scheduled, plus there was a little gift inside that I thought was a very nice touch. Will definitely use this company again.

I have dealt with Tonergiant many times without problem. Yesterday I got to sample customer service for the first time and can say without issue that it is fantastic and a credit to the company. A problem arose with a cartridge, just one of those things. I telephoned the helpline and Louise took immediate charge of the problem. I was guided through a couple of simple fix steps but they did not work. No bother - less than 24 hours after raising the issue the replacement cartridge was delivered to my door.

Again Tonergiant have provided an excellent service, never had a problem with them. They happily replaced a toner which I purchased 18 months ago and had only recently put into the machine and found it leaked leaving yellow streaks on my documents.
