I've used TG for nearly 10 years...wow a decade! In that 10 years a lot has changed, had 2 kids, got married, moved house, moved jobs...1 thing that hasn't changed is my supplier. I find they're competitive on price, not always the cheapest but the most reliable!!! I place an order, always arrives next day. I use their own make products now as they're so much more cost effective than the HP version. I get a 2 year warranty...2 years!!!! (that's what you get with a car) I've only ever had one issue with a faulty HP toner, called TG replaced the next day! Simply amazing! Can not rate this company enough...here's to another decade.

Ordered cartridges for my printer which would fit in but not recognised by printer. Customer services suggested these were wrong cartridges for my printer and inquired if I preferred to return them. Once I sent them back received email that they can't refund as plastic tape on cartridge has been removed. They have offered sending them back to me so I can resell myself!

Returns are practically impossible with this company. Received toner that does not fit due to being newer than previous model. Says that because we have attempted to fit it it cannot be returned. How pathetic! *** It is a Yellow PE Bag that it comes in and if you can't even put a new bag back over it then something is seriously wrong. The product is incompatible - so basically telling customers that they can't return things once opened even if they have tried to see if fits. (You cannot ascertain or see the item through the yellow bag and would be hard to judge if you had got it right or wrong), is against Consumer Contract Regulations. I will be delighted to notify trading standards on behalf of all the consumers out there who may also be treated unfairly *** NOTE: Use Cartridgesave.co.uk who have excellent customer services and accept returns if the wrong item has been ordered, even if it has been taken out of the packet. **Update: Toner is not consumed if it cannot be used by the machine because it doesn't fit that model. So to return an item unused but opened is lawful and should be accepted. If other companies can do it why can't you! Your just making lame excuses and have rattled me so much that I will be persuing this further.

Ordered a Set of Canon cartridges for my new printer. Absolutely delighted with the service. They arrived next day and were about £10 cheaper than the Canon website or any of the other suppliers. Fantastic service and will definitely use again.

For quick service and reliability - excellent. There may well be cheaper suppliers, but you get what you pay for. I am well pleased.

Ordered "Genuine" Samsung transfer belt, received "compatibile" HP transfer belt. Was initially confused as genuine Samsung products come with instructions on how to install. Resorted to YouTube for installation. The HP replacement was only noted after installation and the red warning Light on the printer still indicated an issue. On further inspection of packaging a sticker stating HP, and "Always use certified HP Genuine Replacement Parts" was noted. Obviously this statement is not intended for Samsung printer owners. "Live" online customer services failed to connect after over 20 minutes of waiting. I now have a transfer belt I cannot use. I now need to order a replacement GENUINE transfer belt. I have a business to run and do not have time to wait for a replacement, let alone write this.

I would recommend this company TonerGiant 100%. Excellent response from their customer relations department when I telephoned them They actually answer the telephone after approximately three rings (no music, no sales patter, warnings). Polite, professional, helpful, efficient and extremely pleasant personnel. No problems with communication ie they know their products. They are an example of how other companies should operate with their business and customers. Their products are excellent and reasonably inexpensive. No postage charge and delivered as described within 24 hours or sooner. I have recommended them to friends. What more can I say ? Congratulations TonerGiant.

I've been using TG for years. Fast service and great prices. Have only twice returned cartridges under guarantee, each time without any problem and near immediate replacement. Super!

Absolute joke of a company. Delivery service beyond the pale. Please be aware of their boast of a quick service. I wrongly ordered a cartridge on the 21st of February, contacted the company to inform them of my mistake and they subsequently recalled the delivery. On the same day I reordered the correct cartridges and I have been waiting ever since for delivery ( i am writing this review on the morning of the 28th ) and the service schedules I have been receiving from the delivery company have gone from ' out for delivery ' to ' goods have been recalled by consignor '. At no time did I ask for the correct order to be recalled!!!! I cannot believe how bad this company is. I have contacted their customer support and awaiting their response Steer well clear is my advice!

Complete joke of a company completely messed up an order, eventually I got it then they tried to charge me for a toner I hadn't even seen. I would rather pay double then use these monkeys...

I have ordered many toners from Toner Giant and have yet to have a problem with any. On my last order I thought that there was a problem with delivery - it turns out I was wrong but I had such lovely support from customer services who did not rest until they had established that the toners had in fact already been delivered to my customer. Good products, great prices, helpful customer services - what is not to like!
