The black lasted a couple of hundred pages before going faint. it was rated at 3500 - we only printed text - not even remotely close...

United Kingdom | 22 January 2018Ordered some cartridges from here - the website said they would fit my printer, an OKI C823, but when they arrived they had a sticker on which said C833 and C843. I called TonerGiant and they said that the listing on their website had been wrong and I needed to send them back for a refund. They did ultimately refund the money but it took a while and was a bit of a hassle - would have preferred a quicker/smoother returns process. The original ordering experience was good though - the toners did arrive quickly and were well-priced.

Received 'out for del' email on Friday night 17:23, 7 minutes before end of delivery day, NO excuse why it was not being delivered on Friday. No tracking number, no delivery company name. Phoned Friday 17:28 to report failure - "can't check store is closed". Four days later finally got tracking number for DPD and timed arrival. DPD should have been given parcel on Thursday evening for del. next day. Toner Giant not capable of accepting their failure - "Glasgow deliveries take 2 days" - lying to customer.

Initially all ok as representative of this company offered a replacement item according to us having the faulty item available for an "exchange & return". However, the replacement item did not arrive and on chasing it up, I was informed that the representative concerned had not, I repeat not ....had a conversation with me promising to send out a replacement part. Truly amazed that a company would behave in this way and we will not be using them again.

On the one occasion I had a faulty genuine HP product it was quickly and efficiently replaced after one quick call to their customer service dept. If only all web companies were like this!

United Kingdom | 24 November 2014I have ordered cartridges from Toner Giant with no problems for a while so when our old printer broke I thought they would be a good company to go for, especially as I knew they would deliver the next day. The printer arrived, but as soon as it was plugged in it came up with an error message and could not be used. When I rang Toner Giant to ask for a replacement, I was told I had to ring Samsung first and get something called an "uplift reference". Not happy but I rang Samsung to be told I needed to take photos of the error message, and of the serial number and send proof of purchase by email. I did all this, very reluctantly, and six hours later am still waiting for an uplift reference. Toner Giant said they "couldn't get though" to Samsung but I called them three times and got thrugh every time. Their website says "easy hassle free returns". I don't think so. Never again. Never again.

After a number of calls to the credit card company and to TonerGiant, TonerGiant's Lue initially promised compensation which did not come forward. Avoid to save you the trouble.

United Kingdom | 03 April 2014We ordered 3 Lexmark Toners to the Value of £250.00 when they arrived we opened one Toner to discover that we had accidentally ordered the incorrect Toners we contacted Toner Giant and sent all 3 Toners back to be informed that because we opened one even though we had not used it they could only refund for 2. They then disposed of the Toner Returned or so they said and we now have been charged £88.00 for nothing, appalling customer service, we will never order from this company again what a complete RIP OFF.

United Kingdom | 08 February 2013Searched google looking for my usual Epson Premium Glossy Photo Paper and found Tonergiant they were cheaper than Asda by £4 and the more you order the cheaper it becomes. It was also free next day delivery, you can't get that kind of service anywhere. I also signed up to their email service and got an email offering 3% off my next order so I have ordered some much need toner which is due tomorrow. Fingers crossed it arrives, it is also the recycled stuff which is £50 cheaper than the original but is guaranteed for 10 years so watch this space.

It was 4.45pm & I noted they guaranteed delivery next day (at no cost) if ordered by 5.15pm. I was a bit sceptical of that as so many companies promise it but fail to deliver. Email came stating the hour within with it would be delivered (10.30-11.30am). To be honest, I didn't even bother rocking up to the office gone 12 noon but when I arrived, there, sat waiting, was the toner. Really impressed with this lot, reading the other reviews it seems I'm not the only one. Disclaimer: I have nothing to do with Tonergiant, their families, their friends nor have I had a relationship (past, present or future) with anyone there. I don't work for them or have any vested interest in their success other than I can get the same good price & delivery next time.

United Kingdom | 11 January 2012I Bought a HP Multi Purpose Printer from the website with next day delivery but instead of delivering the order they sent me nothing. On Enquiring i was told they have refunded the price paid as item was advertised with the wrong Price. Very Unreliable service I won't recommend them to anybody and will never buy anything from them.
