Great service and communication. Products not really indestructible (as stated) but our Press/Lab cross took a good while to demolish his toy. Items not really suitable for big, powerful dogs but ideal for small/medium sized ones. Springers etc. However there are not really any causes for complaint thus I would therefore recommend.

I received completely the wrong order! I ordered a dog toy and got two 6kg bags of dog food. I have contacted them but no response yet. Still waiting to hear. My dog is on a raw diet so the food is no use to me

Excellent service but my dog demolished the rubber bone😞

Beco are brilliant. We had four Beco cat bowls that started to crack after about 10 months of use. Neither Beco or I couldn’t find the original order but as a gesture of good will, they sent me two brand new ones, which they didn’t have to. It turns out we did order them (they are Beco original ) from another retailer. Fantastic customer service from Kevan and Beco.
