Ordered one dog toy in small then upped the order to two and it automatically reverted to large size which I did not notice and was no use to me as too big for dog to hold and too big to go in my pocket plus I had to pay extra

I received a replacement collapsible travel bowl from Beco after the bottom fell out of my original bowl after only 7 months of normal use. Beco agreed to replace my bowl even though I had bought it via a third party seller. Unfortunately a medium bowl was sent even though the bowl I had purchased was a large. The replacement is far too small for my large dog.

Our little working cocker spaniel pup absolutely loves the Puppy Food from Beco. I love how the food comes in compostable bags as well. We also use the poo bag dispenser and have the treat bone which is another fave for Lottie!

UNACCEPTABLE LEVEL OF SERVICE GIVEN THE HIGH PRICES. The company took five days to actually dispatch my order. My doggies had run out of their food by this time and I was left without food. They have sensitive tummies and need grain free food so I could not just go to the local shop to buy a replacement. I am still waiting to receive and according to the tracking information my order is still in London! Other online pet food companies always send my order out within a few days. Thanks Beco I won't be ordering with you again.
