Very happy with the product but the delivery service which I think was DHL confused my street with another one in my neighbourhood. I just went to pick it up in the location indicated on the delivery map but could have been an issue for someone with reduced mobility or with no time to walk to another place to pick up the parcel.

My pet only had it for 10mins and it was easy To destroy which l thought it would be a lot stronger for the money

Gorgeous recycled toys . My dogs took them straight out of the box and played with great enthusiasm. If you have a serial chewer then they won’t last. My collie Sprite had the squeaker out in less than 5 minutes ( that’s his obsession), but the others dogs are still playing. Lovely, characteristic toys.

Unfortunately in my original order there was a bag of treats missing. I messaged the company straight to alert them to what had happened and asked if they could please sends out a pack of the missing treats. Within an hour I received a message apologising for the mistake and then shortly afterwards received another message to say that not only was there a replacement pack on the way , but they had added an extra pack to make up for the missing pack. The products that I received were great, both in my original order and the following package. My dog loves them. Their customer service was second to none and I would definitely recommend them and buy from them again.

Ordered three toys and three treats. All I got was the choice. I looked back to my order and it’s not showing the treats. So something must’ve happened on your end with the shopping cart. But when I checked out, it showed the treats as well. And you charge me for the treats. But all you shipped me was the toys
