I really like the poo bags that you offer, so much more than other brands. I brought so recently and the perforations had not been cut properly on all 4 rolls which meant they were pretty useless. Mistakes happen-all good. But when I emailed customer services they didn’t just say we’ll send you some more, I had to go back and fourth to get a replacement and I didn’t appreciate having to do that. So the fact that customer services were not too service is my only moan! Products are great, follow up with great customer service also please!

Quick delivery with good eco friendly products that are tough too. Always used their poo bags because there are strong and convenient especially when used in their little dispenser. Toys are fun and fantastic quality and even better when they donate to saving the orangutans.

The bags are great, nice and large feel much safer in terms of coverage of yourself when you are using them. Only complaint was the small box of bags wasn't glued properly and when I removed it from the postage box the small box fell open and I had rolls of bags everywhere. Small point only for info, it won't stop me buying again as the products is good. thanks

Lovely soft rubber and so far no damage!!

I like the fact that some of the Beco products are natural rubber and silicone etc. Purchased items because of this rather than plastic. My items arrived quickly, well packaged and with good communication.

Puppy has been really off her old food ever since going into heat, has been a real struggle getting her to eat…she is WILD about Beco’s puppy food and wolfs it down (even in a 50/50 mix with her old food). Huge relief! Quick delivery too.

Discovered these amazing treats, in the hope they would help support my dogs immune system and they do, along with other changes in his diet. His eyes are bright his coat is silky soft.

Great products. Chose to order directly from the company as I have bought their products before from elsewhere and love them. One of my dogs beco bowls which we've had for years broke.....dropped it, not from wear and tear. Anyway, my parcel was dispatched promptly but got lost in the post. I contacted Beko a week later after it didn't arrive and they got back to me immediately. Excellent customer service. My order was packaged up that afternoon, dispatched and with me the following morning. My dog was pleased as she has missed her bowl and didn't like the cereal bowl she was using....very happy. And we will enjoy buying treats with the discount too which Kevan sent me. All good and very good customer service .Thankyou.☺️
