Really wanted to give this 5 stars but unfortunately my puppy destroyed the chew toy in less than 5 minutes.

I’ve been asked for a review and am still yet to receive my purchase. UHL said it was to be delivered today, but they’d let me know when the package was out for delivery and that’s the last I’ve heard. Now significantly overdue! Disappointing, as we find the products to be great!

Great customer service. We purchased a dog toy from k@p pets in Aberaeron and was told that all Beco toys come with a 1year guarantee. Unfortunately our dig destroyed the toy with in a few hours.He is a American bulldog after all so I sent an email with the photo of receipt and damaged toy.I received and email back saying that we could get a refund or try another toy which was a rubber bone.We decided to try the rubber bone and it was delivered within a few days and to my surprise also in the delivery was a bag of dogwood as a goodwill gesture.That was amazing. A great company who put the customer first and with great products and customer service.

I have been feeding your food for a couple of months now, and purchasing from Amazon.for my Rough Collie to see how she got on with it. She seems to like it and it is not one of these foods that produce a large amount of waste, but using up the goodness of the ingredients. She was ill with very loose motions and sickness from a four month old Puppy and even the food that the Breeder was using for all the rest of the litter was going straight through her. After a trip to our Vet for tests he told us she would need to be fed on food for allergies . After trying several different types of food without grain ,we kept her on one for a few years, just as she was doing well the price suddenly left up in price and being on a pension was finding it difficult to afford , so round we went again with trying different foods, and all though she likes her food she did not like them, even a short while ago had to discard a bag as she just would not touch it. Now we have found yours she loves it and is doing well on it. So please keep up the good work and try not to put the price up as it cannot be good for Dogs to have to swap foods all the time. One thing I would say your food is not in any of the shops in our area, so not many people know about it.and please make some chews which lasts a while ,as the ones we have to give her only last a few minutes.
