I have a very boisterous dog who is eight months old and who just loves to chew and if anything lasts more than a day then I cannot complain. He is a cross between a German Shepherd and Labrador with a touch of pit bull. So purchasing toys on line can be very hit or miss with regards to how strong they look. I always thought hemp was quite strong so when I ordered two items from BECO they lasted about a couple of hours hence giving BECO one star at first although I was very happy with their service. They naturally contacted me and asked what was wrong with the two items and could I send them a photo. Sadly they were already in the bin so no photo. As a gesture BECO sent me two replacements from their natural rubber range as this is their strongest range which I was not aware of, but I do mistakes, sadly all the time of late. We are now into our third day and he loves both items. The natural rubber bone is great, he spends ages chewing it and there are no marks on it at all, amazing. As for the natural rubber ball on a rope, apart from slight fraying of the rope again there are no marks on the ball, I would send a video of him playing with it but I cannot work it out, but I can assure you he smashes this thing all over the home and garden. Even better, as both items are natural rubber they make hardly any noise bouncing off the hard floor or walls which is a huge bonus. Thankyou BECO, you must bring out more items in the natural rubber range please.

Froggy Freddie croaked within a day! Don't get me wrong, I was not expecting him to last much longer than two weeks, but he is not tough and durable. Although my Evie had a great time dismembering and disemboweling him, and I love that he's recycled and that his proceeds go to a good cause, I wouldn't recommend this product to anyone thinking it will stand the test of time. Although I will probably buy another Beco toy at some point because she loved it and they're incredibly cute!

Communication was really swift. I had a slight problem with a product and it was quickly resolved.

My order arrived very fast. The dog toys are very popular with my dog and are proving tough enough to withstand lots of enthusiastic chewing. Very happy with both service and products

Your website gives the impression that all your food is sourced and made in the UK. When I received your Chicken wet food it clearly states made in Spain for Beco. Your customer service advisor confirmed this when I contacted Beco. Very disappointed and I will not be feeding this food to my dog. I only buy food sourced and made in the UK.

Cockapoo puppy loves the puppy food and new treats. Also threw in a bowl for free so that’s her outdoor water bowl. Really thoughtful. Love that I could buy a HUGE box of poop bags that don’t tear or leak.

Not much you can really say about poop bags tbh !! Recyclable, nice and thick and big enough for my dogs, paid extra for a few dispensers to get the free postage :)
