We chose to use a smaller, local company and we are so glad we did. The service and delivery were smooth, efficient and friendly. The only reason I have not given a 5 star rating was because there was some slight confusion over the delivery date, which I had to query but the problem was soon rectified. Order for a Dyson vacuum cleaner was acccepted by G Craggs and then they cancelled it after a couple of hours because the price had changed. I would expect every supplier to honour the agreement after accepting it.
