Brilliant little company! Glad I discovered them. Couldn't find the toaster I wanted anywhere - these guys had it in stock! I live at the opposite end of the UK but they sent it through in perfect condition. You get the impression they take pride in their business and would do anything to help a customer. Well first of all I ordered the wrong type of oven, so the team came back the next day with the right one. Then it turned out that we had a gas pipe that needed moving- so our fitter found us a gas man to help, and then came back to fit- all sorted in the same day. Perfect.

Great service, good value and fast delivery

The small oven I bought from Craggs did not have the grill pan / shelf included (that was supposed to be included). Craggs gave me a full refund. Craggs sold me the oven in good faith (an honest sale). And the missing grill pan /shelf seems to be a supplier / manufacturer issue. (Not Craggs fault)
