I was very pleased with this company. I ordered an iron which was no longer available so they sent me an email to see if would like a different one. I phoned to check what was happening and the man was really helpful and friendly and sorted it out straight away. The iron arrived two days later. The company appears to be an old fashioned sort ( in a good way!) with great customer service and real people on the other end of the phone. Would use them again.

Good well stocked Local shop, I got Free delivery and on time. Bought from them in the past and happy to use again, We all need to try and use our smaller local trader's where we can.

An easy online system and very helpful staff at the Ripon store. On this occasion I had to return my item and this was dealt with professionally.

Washing machine bought and installed within 6 hours. Let down by high street retailer. Phoned G Graggs washing machine delivered and installed within the same day. Great quality of service, very friendly and knowledgeable. Mark and Andy put the washing machine in a difficult place without any grumbling. Even though Mark cheekily asked for biscuits with his coffee. Sorry Mark at only having bourbons.

Bought washing machine through their website. Easy to do. Chose delivery day, got a phone call soon after to confirm they had received my order. Had a slight problem with delivery as I had chosen Weds, and was asked if I wouldn't mind it being Thursday as they don't deliver in my area on Weds.....I said OK not a problem....The washing machine arrived Weds......luckily we we're in......obviously a miscommunication on their part.....I would still recommend them......
