I was looking for a replacement to my kettle to match my other appliances so was really chuffed that G. Craggs had something as it seems mine was discontinued and not available anywhere else. Marked down as received a card from Royal Mail saying that not enough postage had been paid so I have paid £7.99 for delivery but also have had to pay Royal Mail another £3.20 in order to actually receive my delivery. @ g. Craggs - Don't charge for delivery if you are not going to pay it to Royal Mail.

So glad I decided to purchase from this company who were professional and courteous from the outset of my enquiry about the Burley Cottesmore electric coal effect fire. Once ordered the fire arrived quickly and is beautiful and of excellent quality. Impressed with the quality control information too received with the fire as so much of what you buy these days arrives damaged. Could tell when I spoke to a very helpful person on the phone (a rare thing these days being able to ring a company) that there would be no issues. Highly recommend!
