We paid a deposit for a bespoke shed to be made, then at the end of April were asked to pay the balance as it was going into production, as per the agreed terms. Delivery should have been May, but despite many emails and phone calls there is no response. We even drove to the registered premises to find it deserted. Assuming they have gone bust so we have lost £2750 and still don't have a shed!

Sadly paid our deposit for our Catio on April 14th 2023. One month later could not contact them and have now learned that the company has ceased trading. A shame on both fronts.

Well an exciting day today when our garden bar arrived. I rang the day before to get a rough idea of what time they would be arriving. Told between 8.30 and 9. Turned up at 8.45. Perfect! The lads David and Matt got on straight away. I did offer them a cuppa which they gladly accepted. They got on really quickly. I am really impressed but at the minute weather has stopped us going out to have a good look. An amazing company. Brilliant contact. I was kept up to date all the way through. Would I recommend? A very big YES!!!

Shedcetra made us a bespoke catio with tunnel for the garden. From the outset they were incredibly helpful with the design and had creative ways for making the catio work in our situation. They were professional, friendly and very patient. We are delighted with the catio and importantly the cats absolutely love it. We highly recommend Shedcetra.

We ordered a garden bar and paid for installation too. Alice was always on hand to help. We only had a small space to work with but Alice came up with a plan to make it happen. Fabulous service would definitely recommend 100%. Well worth paying the installation fee too as the guys know what they are doing. Our little dream was designed and custom made

Fantastic products and service. Had a 16 x 8 shed / man cave from them in 2015. It's a good and solid now as it was then!!! Superb quality. They should build nuclear bunkers!

Very good quality shed. Was able to discuss what I was thinking of with Alice, and get a price and alternatives for the options immediately. Had a local builder pave an area for the base, so I knew what dimensions I wanted. Shed was delivered in the time specified when ordering. Used the same builder to put the shed up, in case there were any problems with the base, but no issues. The builder remarked that the shed was of good quality, and fitted together well. Very pleased.

My cats and I are over the moon with our new catio which replaced an existing much smaller one. I contacted several companies at the same time for information and quotes but knew immediately I was going to use Shedcetra from the initial response from Alice. So friendly, helpful & professional compared to the couldn’t be bothered, sometimes rude responses from others. I had a site visit from Phil who assessed all our options and needs, then a plan & quote was received very quickly. Nothing was too much trouble and they happily added extra shelving & an extra rope bridge at my request. On the day of fitting, everything went smoothly, including the dismantling & removal of the old catio. Phil & Matt did an amazing job and left my garden neat & tidy.
