Every so often you stumble across a business that reminds you of what it must have been like to live in an era where integrity and pride mattered in business. I was introduced to shedcetra by a friend who had a 6x4 bar delivered and erected, impressed by the quality of the product I got in touch with Alice. If ever somebody has found their niche in life, then Alice certainly has. From the very first phone call you can not help but feel completely at ease. The way in which the ordering process is explained is clear and informative. Alice has a vast knowledge of the shedcetra range and more importantly is in tune with the factory floor. Due to the pandemic, materials and timeframes for job completion have been drastically affected. Misinformation and poor customer service has rapidly become one of the most frustrating parts of any purchasing process over the last 2 years. Not so with shedcetra, the updates and check-ins that put your mind at ease are first class. There were several discussions over a period of weeks around the design of my bar. At times you think you are being picky, but the way you are made to feel that your bar is their bar so everything needs to be right, is top drawer. We were given our delivery date and as expected, the team arrived prompt and then courteously began to set about their work. The lads couldn't have done enough to ensure everything about the installation of the bar was exactly as we expected. Nothing was to much for them and the finished product is class. The on site quality assessment after job completion is very thorough. The slightest issue is dealt with quickly and thoroughly. Several friends in the construction game had said I was mad to pay such money for what they deemed would simply be a shed. However they have all taken their hat off to the quality of the product and the high level of the workmanship, and all said it's very good value for money. When I explain to them the high level of customer service they say how refreshing it is to hear such a positive experience in business can still be had. Well done to all the team at shedcetra, never lose the ethos of your business model. Professional, effective communication, excellent workmanship and above all...integrity. You truly are a rare find, and if we lived nearby, you would be the first to celebrate in our new bar with us. We recently bought a 'Dutch Barn' from Shedcetra and we were most impressed by the high quality of the product and the excellent service provided by the company. Our 8’ x 7’ shed is fantastic. The build quality is excellent. We were kept informed of delivery dates as and once arranged, the shed was erected quickly efficiently. The lads doing the job left everything clean and tidy. All in all a top class experience.

I’ve known Phil and Alice via the cat shows. Got a kitten pen from Phil a few years ago and it’s so well designed and built. I wanted a catio attached to my conservatory to give my pedigree show cats some fresh air, bird watching and additional exercise space. I wanted it designed so that the cats could come and go whilst I was at work and not compromise the security of the house. Unfortunately Covid delayed said build due to wood and other shortages but Phil came to erect it last week. It has a Sun reflective roof. The cats absolutely love it! The cats queue to get out the window in the morning and I have to chase them in at night! Thank you so much Phil for your handicraft and skill. Lots of happy felines at my house!

Wonderful Job ! Excellent help with designing what I wanted from Alice and Phil. The summer house for my pedigree show cats is superbly built and can revert into a beautiful space for my husband and I once I stop showing my cats. This might be a long time mind you 💃

I received my garden bar last week and have spent the last week personalising it to my taste. Before taking payment, Shedectra were able to agree a design with me quickly in advance. I wanted an additional shelf for my beer pump on top of the standard build shelves. Nothing was too much trouble. The garden bar is a quality build which is solid, secure and will no doubt stand up to the upcoming winter months. It has taken shed paint really well and looks stunning - I'm in love! With timber production and Covid causing issues before receiving the bar, Alice/Phil were friendly and quick to respond to my emails asking about progress. Not easy to negotiate in this current climate but the responsiveness was most welcomed. The bar is most certainly worth the wait and I cannot recommend Shedcetra any more highly. I cant wait to sample a full spring/summer next year. But for now, it will be coats on at Halloween, Bonfire Night and Christmas 😀 Any excuse to spend time at the bar!

Shedcetra built us a bespoke shed/eating area. What an amazing company. So professional. Nothing to much trouble. All staff so good and friendly. Bit of a wait in this present climate but worth it. Love it. Massive thankyou to all the team.

We ordered an 8'x6' shed from Shedcetra after returning one from a major supplier due to its appalling quality. We had to wait a few weeks for it to be built because the company are busy and relatively small but Phil pulled a few strings to get it done as soon as he could and we received phone updates, much apreciated. My beautiful new bespoke cat run was erected yesterday. It is just what I wanted. Expertly put together. Shedcetra were very accommodating in altering an existing design to suit my requirements. I am very pleased.

Absolutely delighted with our 6'4" shed bar. Perfect for our needs superb quality wood and construction. Hopefully we will get some good use out of it weather permitting.

Just had Phil deliver and install my 20ft Aviary and Breeding Room. Because it was a large build, Phil even came out a day early (on a Sunday) to start of the build and returned on the Monday. Phil and Alice listened to my ideas and design, with great regular communication and I'm now a very happy customer with a great quality home for the birds.
