Absolutely fabulous company! I commissioned a custom designed cattery and then had to change the design a few times ... It was no trouble at all for them! Their customer service is simply amazing, Nothing is too much trouble. Then there’s the actual cattery. Stunning quality, construction and build! I am super pleased with it. The detail is excellent in the build, we were tight on space in the end and Alice came up with ingenious ways to make it all work! I have had many catteries over the years and this is by far the best for design, quality, price, build and customer service. Huge thanks to the Shedcetra team!

I designed my 'Beach Hut' to replace an old shed. I wanted something special that would fit with the garden. I sent the deign to Phil followed with discussions about detail, materials and some finishing touches. The result is perfect. Delivered to our agreed schedule, beautifully made. I am extremely pleased with the result particularly the lovely round window. Brilliant service from first conversation to final installation. Exceptionally high quality product (Conault Elite Chalet) customised to our requirements and delivered well within the quoted time. ShedCetra also installed another very large run at a family member's house - this was a complex, bespoke design and was completed to the highest quality and with great care. The most refreshing part of working with ShedCetra is that they are real people with years of experience who know how to deal with people. Alice and Phil are all about delivering the best possible buildings, with amazing value for money. These aren't cheap - but you won't find better accommodation for your cats, or a better team to design, build and install it for you.

We are thrilled with what we bought from Shedcetra but more importantly so are our two Tonkinese! Shedcetra were excellent and provided brilliant customer service from the first moment we contacted them until the moment they finished constructing our cat chalet. Very happy with my new cat house and run. Excellent job building, only took a few hours and is perfect for my needs. Cats have moved in and are mostly happy (one is sulking a bit as I think she prefers the sofa and TV). I plan to purchase another one in a year or two's time.

Great build quality and design, though you need to factor in the fact that it may take longer than you think to complete the work.

Had my new cat chalet delivered yesterday, this is five star cat accommodation. This isn't just a garden shed called a cat house, this is well designed by someone who has worked with cat breeders and knows what is required. The finish is excellent, I chose to have the indoor area insulated, this makes for a cozy home for my cats. I am delighted with this chalet and I'm sure my cats will be smiling like true Cheshire Cats at their new home.
