Great customer service !!!!

Love the product. The only reason for the 4 rating was the shipping packaging was horrible. They put two boxes on each end but they separated during shipping. The umbrella was totally exposed. I was glad it was damaged.

WE got the wrong base for our umbrella. It was replaced with the right one without us having to return the wrong one. I'm thinking of ordering another umbrella to fit the base I didn't have to return. Excellent customer service.

The umbrella is very nice and works well. The instructions for use are equally terrible and need to be completely redone. You should be ashamed.
