This is our second umbrella because our first one blew over in a random storm. Great, sturdy umbrella, but make sure you take it down at the end of the day.

This is a great company. They are customer focused. When I purchased an umbrella and it arrived my partner did not like the canopy color. My mistake in not checking with her first before purchasing. I called MidTown and they promptly sent me a new canopy and did not require me to return the original canopy. After using the canopy for a little over 2 years I contacted MidTown as their were a number of rips in the canopy due to normal wear and tear. The canopy has a 10 year guarantee, I called MidTown again and they promptly sent me a new canopy.

Quality overall is not there This is an umbrella cover for pool umbrella I’m Surprised as I recently purchased BBQ cover and table and chair covers that were fine I’ve been a long time customer and very disappointed Not worth my time to return Will make do
