Great quality and design

Everything -- so far -- has been utterly poor. My order was submitted about a month ago. I have not received the product.

I bought only a canopy ,the next day of ordering they called me from the company saying if I didn't buy umbrellas from them then they won't accept returns if something is wrong, I said .ok! they shippeed the package next day.and one week later mail carrier received it .so I canceled the order. terrible !

Just received the Stack2 base. It is advertised as 55lbs in description and 60 lbs in the section "measurement & dimensions". The one I received was 49.7lbs, 5-10% below advertised weight.

Absolute terrible customer service. I want to return my umbrella for 2 good reasons and the guy just keeps arguing with me that they cant help return it but i can keep the wrong one, etc and send a new one. I want to return the umbrella, its not the color i ordered and the stitching was coming off on the umbrella i did receive (which was also missing a part and it was the wrong umbrella i ordered so have to deal with that return). no understanding of how frustrating it can be, yet not willing to help. we ended the call with no resolution. Said Id have to pay to ship it back which for a consumer would be more expensive than the actual umbrella. Umbrella companies should have distributor shipping agreements and and not put it on the consumer to return. All over their website it says free shipping and returns! What a JOKE!!!!!!!!

The umbrella is made a little different which made it easier to swap out. It came in a reasonable time and there were no hassles. I already had an umbrella that just needed to have the fabric replaced. I bought only the replacement fabric and it was easy to replace.

Customer service was quick and efficient.

Best umbrella I have ever purchased. Good quality fabric strong pole and the lights are perfect not too bright not too dull.

Very high quality umbrella with fast shipping and great communication regarding the shipping. The wood pole with a black umbrella looks so stately.

Delivery is taking far too long.

I have purchased close to 20 umbrellas from Midtown over the years (for our restaurants) and they are excellent in quality. We are across the country from them and the deliveries are usually within 4 to 5 days.

Company notified me when original order was not available, and gave me options to order something comparable.

Umbrella tilts slightly all the time. The stem at the crank seems a bit unstable..

This is our second umbrella from this company. The product is well constructed, lighter weight than some of the competition and tilt is easy to use. Quick easy order and on time delivery.
