Great experience, Great product! Website was so easy to only browse all of the options, find answers to my questions in the specifications, and ordering was a breeze. Shipping was incredibly fast I couldn’t even believe it. We decided on the Supreme cantilever umbrella, which arrived quickly and was packaged absolutely wonderful. We set it up to test everything out and then packed it back up until the pool installation is complete. It will work perfectly to provide shade on the sun ledge, and the patio. It is amazing quality and seems like it will last us a really long time. I know I am going to love it!

The umbrellas are great quality and very well made. However I believe there is a design flaw with the 10ft umbrella. They are not very sturdy on the top half where the quick rotate mechanism joins the bottom and top half. It seems to bend at that spot and not sure how long it will hold up. Otherwise the Wooden 2 is very very nice for the money.

We needed a replacement canopy. I used the messaging service. It was very prompt and links were sent with the information which made it very easy. Thanks for your help and great customer service.

We have a midtown umbrella and stand that are great. We just bought a replacement umbrella even though we don't need it yet. Easy to order and quick delivery.

Received wrong color called said to email customer support didn't receive any feedback, called again and told couldn't exchange but had send back with return label, that I never received and order a new one, all at my cost. Customer support in my opinion is a joke and so what over charge for umbrellas I will never use again and certainly wouldn't recommend.

We received our Supreme umbrella and love it so far! Allows for a lot of coverage with all the tilt and spin options and the LED lights really brighten the area.

I received an email from Midtownumbrellas on August 8th, 2023 stating that the umbrella has shipped. However, today, August 15th, the label for FedEx has been created but it has not shipped. Since writing the fist part of this review, Midtownumbrella informed me that the size and color were out of stock and that they have agreed to send me a larger size of the same color for no extra charge. Thank you.
