Great customer service!

Ordered 2 umbrellas during labor day sale. The Lean and The Swilt in Ivory White. After ordering and getting confirmation, they indicated the color selected was out of stock. Even got confirmation the lean had shipped but it wasn't true... the color wont be in for another 2-3 months and we wont be able to wait that long and now miss out on the sale price.

Super fast delivery. Delivered as promised. Lovely and sturdy umbrella. Would buy again.

My experience with Midtown is one thats very welcome in todays world. I had a size issue on my replacement canopy, I called them, they couldn't resolve my issue from there current stock...so they immediately refunded me my full purchase price, no hassle at all. I love my new Grande Round umbrella! I am amazed at how much cooler it is sitting underneath it. I love how I can shift it around as needed to block the sun. I am a very happy customer.

Bogus shipping time frame. Said 3-5 day arrival. Delay after delay. Ordered 8/27 and now won’t arrive until 9/8. Very disappointing

We are in FL, and it's been too brutally hot to even think about sitting outdoors, then there was Idalia, but we have finally been able to spend some cooler mornings and evenings sitting on our deck enjoying our lovely Midtown umbrella. Great quality, and we are very pleased with it!

Beautiful umbrella. Very easy to open with the crank. The lighting was better than expected. Just bright enough without being too bright. Arrived early. Very pleased.

The umbrellas arrived in great condition, the color is great. Let's hope there are no problems going forward, but they appear to be sturdy and well-made.

Prompt delivery. But screws were left out of first replacement parts! When I told that that, they sent them out immediately
