First time ordering from this company ordered express delivery and paid £60 pounds for the privilege two days later order arrived and it was wrong size slabs that I ordered so got in touch and they arranged to be swapped okay accidents happen but only gave me my express delivery back but it cost me as a small business a lot more than £60 with men standing around with no slabs to lay won’t be using them again

Great overall experience, the patio looks amazing! The product is the best we could find, but also came in a lot cheaper than other places. Delivery was quick, and communication was brilliant. Couldn’t fault the product, or the process. Very happy!

I ordered 66sqm of porcelain tiles. They arrived very quickly great service from palletways . Unfortunately weather that week was torrential rain. You get 3 days to report any damage. Due to rain I was unable to look at pallets until day 3 . No builders on site due to weather . I noticed 2 tiles broken on crate. Took photos and contacted customer service. Was told very clearly I had until the next day to unload 3 pallets check every tile and report any damage, I explained I was single lady living on own and no builders on site due to weather . They weren't bothered stuck to 3 day . This caused a lot of upset and stress do I wait for builders to be back on site and risk lots damaged and have to rebuy . I had to unload 120 heavy slabs myself . 5 slabs broken I'm not concerned about this , damage happens in there yard or in transit . The way I was treated on phone was appalling. Shame as lovely tiles , great price and delivery. Please be aware of 3 day policy this is not realistic and they have no empathy for circumstances.

Website was easy to use, delivery notifications were good and delivery on time. There were some damages but their reporting process was easy and the issue was dealt with quickly. Would order from them again.
