Had a little difficulty placing the order over the phone with operator saying they would get back to me with availability but never did, however after the order was placed great comms and swift delivery at a good price

Fantastic product. So impressed with slabs. Expensive delivery charge but very quick delivery. Really impressed

The product was brilliant, no breakages during delivery and on laying. However the run up on delivery was awful. Initially informed that delivery on Tues and didn't get delivered until Fri ( 8 days after order) with limited communication on updates and explanation for delay. Nustone staff were excellent in trying to sort out though.

Excellent on line ordering - updates not so great- ordered additional paving and charged delivery a second time - delivery of full pallet free but £89 for even one additional paving stone - disappointing that’s its this expensive

Took my order and payment over the phone and promised delivery in 3 to 5 working days. 3 days later the order was on my drive ready for my landscaper to unpack and start using. The quality of the Brazilian slate pavers looks as expected.

Great service, quick delivery

Ordering easy , delivery no problems, arrived within the five days, the courier called on day three to deliver but it suited me to get my product on day five. I have rated 4 stars as 15 to 20 of the slate slabs had brocken corners, I have not bothered to complaine as I can use them for cuts. Overall happy with service, apart from the brocken corners product good.

Who ever packed my order included two damaged pieces. They were not damaged in transit as the order was securely wrapped in plastic on a pallet and when opened there was no damage to packaging and no debris in the packaging.

Arrived quickly. Well packaged. Driver friendly. Good price. Recommend to others. Will use again.
