Delivery spot on Colour match to porcelain shown on website Wasn’t anywhere near to the sample sent I would expect a slight difference in colour and pattern But these tile samples had no resemblance to the pictures in the catalogue whatsoever Very disappointing

Ordering was simple, couple of issues regarding delivery date. Delivered on a day not specified after phoning up and confirming delivery date on 2 separate occasions.

Can't believe how quick they got the order down to Cornwall. Ordered on a Wednesday and delivered Friday morning 8:30am. And I only paid the standard delivery fee. Great service.

Ordered some porcelain slabs for our back garden. The look excellent and delivery was very quick. Only issue was 4 slabs out of the 37 ordered were cracked and therefore obsolete. Banding on the pallet seemed to be too tight as it was the ones on the outside that had been cracked.

The sample took far too long to reach us. Two other suppliers provided samples. Both were ordered after your order and arrived several days before yours. I placed an order of 110m2 with another supplier as by that time I still had no sample from you.

A very easy access internet page that has guided pages giving you information and instructions on how to lay, in my particular order patio slabs, and how many I would need for the area I have! A spot on delivery, driver being very friendly and helpful. Would absolutely recommend 100% and will definitely order again!
