From start to finish everyone were so helpful. I chose the rainbow sandstone which turned out amazing love it. Every stage of the process was excellent and very professional.

Do not buy from this company. Their advertisement is misleading, we bought stones based on the photos they display on their website and stones came up completely different colour, although the name of the product delivered was definitely what we ordered. Unfortunately we were away when the stones were laid (big mistake!) however it does not make the fact that the stones are wrong colour any less true! We made a complaint but getting nowhere. Customer services are absolutely useless and like robots. We are now taking it further to Trading Standards and seeking legal advice. I put 2 stars out of 5 only for the fact that the stones are good quality. Just wish they showed the true colour on the website!

We really liked one of the samples that Nustone sent to us. Unfortunately when we went to place the order they were out of stock, so will have to wait for new stock to arrive.

The porcelain slabs were lovely. Expensive but you get what you paid for. Found the website abit temperamental when using but when spoke to staff they were very pleasant and helpful. Paid for express delivery for extra charge but did not arrive, however staff were very accommodating and refunded it back straight away. Would I use again…. Yes!!

It's good, not excellent not poor. The delivery service charges dont make sense if you have a small order. Could do with improving the returns policy. I'd give it a 6/10 overall.

Product excellent, service and engagement from Nustone superb. Transport and delivery was dreadful…. Absolutely awful. Broken promises, poorly managed loading rude staff at the transport company (delivery driver excepted he was a star)

I was apprehensive after ready some of the reviews however I needn’t have been. I dealt with Vishal at the Kettering depot. Delivered on the day that I requested by their own vehicle. Received a phone call a few days before to confirm date and whether am or pm delivery was preferred. On the day the driver rang to give 30 minutes notice of delivery. Delivery went smoothly. All slabs received in perfect condition. Wouldn’t hesitate to use again.
