Just good slab

Ordered 15m2 pack two weeks before a Job started which was supposed to be 355 including vat. I was charged 477, didn’t think too much into it as I thought maybe delivery or something else was the reason behind it. When turning up to the customers house when the job was starting they had only delivered 9m2 pack. I phoned them up and they said there was nothing that could be done

Delivery was delayed due to courier. Nustone done all.they could to track down and inform us if new delivery date.

Tiles are lovely, little hiccup with a broken pallet. Make sure any damages/issues are reported quickly.

The stones were great and delivered promptly. There was a delay as one of the pallets didn’t pass quality control as I think they experienced damage in transport. But I was given the option of receiving I pack or arrange another day when both could be delivered. Very easy to deal with over the phone.

After being let down recently on a delivery from a rival company we found Nustone who not only stepped up to the plate and delivered 4 pallets of Sandstone in record time saving the day as we had everything lined up to start work based on hollow promises made. There hasn't been one broken slab in all 4 either, rare but true. A customer gained, been helpful from the first call to delivery the next day... 5* isn't enough.

Item priced well, fast deliver and good communication.

Quick and easy. Customer support works great, they are kind and helpful. The only issue was pictures that were not very accurate in my case but the slabs are great anyway.

Good quality products, however my delivery took 6 days to arrive when I paid an additional £60 for an express delivery which is meant to be 2-3 days. I was not even contacted to be made aware of when the slabs would arrive, until two hours before they turned up. Nustone have since contacted me and given apologies for the late delivery, they have also reimbursed me with the full £60 delivery charge .

A bit puzzled on this one, went to showroom and was advised that the slabs we wanted was not in stock, so got home and looked at web site and we’re available so ordered them and they arrived on the Wednesday and kept informed on delivery by Jason. So thank you nustone everything worked out in the end.

I have reached out to the company on multiple occasions seeking detailed information about their products, however, I have yet to receive a satisfactory response. This has resulted in a significant waste of my time and resources. Despite the initial inconvenience, I must commend Sam, the customer service manager, for promptly addressing my concerns and working towards an efficient resolution. I am hopeful that I will receive the high-quality products I ordered in a timely manner.
