Was wary of buying patio tiles online as heard that they vary on quality however no issues with Nustone. Order porcelain and all good. Arrived within 3 days and pation now looks great!

Made a request for a sample which arrived quickly and it was easy to navigate the webpage compared to other sites. Wish you had whiter slabs for outdoor pavement. As I had preferred to order from you.

The staff are very professional, helpful and respond quickly, in particular Lidiya and Ritika. The products are excellent and delivery as quoted time wise and communication excellent. Courier ver efficient. Last but not least, prices are very competitive and include delivery, which can make a big difference to the cost. I’ve used Nustone on two occasions now, will use again.

Supplied what I wanted at a very good price. Also, scheduled delivery for a date that suited me.

Not a good experience. I would say to avoid mainly due to the delivery company being used. Our scheduled delivery slot was on the Thursday AM, did not arrive. After several calls back & forth it was coming by 3pm and then by 5pm and then it didn’t arrive but it was guaranteed to be with us by Friday 9-12pm, again it did not arrive due to traffic. It was on the vehicle and near us.. 3pm it still did not arrive. 5pm.. still nothing.. then it arrived back at the warehouse. 2 days waiting in, 2 days off of work for nothing. Contacted Nustone on Saturday they said they will look into it on Monday. On Monday we had to contact them again.. our delivery would be ‘sometime this afternoon’. Our delivery finally arrived, the delivery driver found it highly amusing that it was so late and did not apologise. I would not recommend unless you have a few days to sit in and wait around for nothing. Update: After your response, you actually didn’t seem to care after you been trying to contact us all week until finally we spoke , you didn’t offer any sympathy regarding the order or the delivery, during the week we spoke to your team couple of time before the order was delivered, they didn’t seem to be concerned and never offered any alternatives, such as weekend delivery, then the manager (Sam ) called to confirm that it wasn’t the company’s responsibility, of course it’s your responsibility to make sure the delivery company delivered on time , Sam didn’t seem professional enough to deal with the issue or in position to offer any further assistance, not even sorry
