Me and my crew waited all day and till 7pm only to find that the carrier never answered my calls and the online said it would be there between 5 and 9 at 6pm I called and still no one at work to advise then checked online and the unit will not be delivered. No advance notice or anything. Wasted my day.

United States | 20 February 2025Two separate shipments, and both were delivered damaged. No support from Hoodmart on claim as onsite personnel didn't correctly follow the Hoodmart receiving process. So, we are stuck dealing with the shipper and their lengthy claim process.
