I have been trying to contact your company since yesterday at 11 am to order a fan. 4 phones calls messages and an email later I still haven't gotten a response back. I've had this issue in the past and emailed you. Against my better judgment I decided to give you another chance but as it seems you are to busy to call me back hence you apparently don't need my business. When my customers fan goes down they don't want to wait 3 days for me just to be able to talk to someone to order a fan

After doing my own research of the size hood and vent I needed I then looked for the company I would purchase from. I settled on Hoodmart. I had several back and forth questions with Tammy before I placed my order with her on Dec 6. It was ready for pick up a week later. I haven't had a chance to install it yet, but so far the experience has been great. Tammy promptly got back with me with all my questions and concerns.
