Since taking Optibac, my gut has functioned better than for years. I used to make my own sauerkraut and kefir, and eat them daily - but frankly, optibac works better for me (and is considerably easier all round)

Great service. Easy to use website. I’ve been using the Daily ones for some years now and the ones for Women.. which was great during peri menopause.. when I thought I had a uti / thrush.. cleared up the problem very quickly. I’ve now bought the Pregnancy ones for my daughter. … I’ll let her be on them a while before any comments.. but I’m sure is all good.

I have been taking Optibac Every Day Extra for a very long time. I decided to change to Every Day Max. What a difference. My digestive system is much better and I have also found that I sleep for longer without waking up.
