Het middel Optibac Every Day aan het gebruiken. Last van prikkelbare darmen. Dus vaak naar het toilet. Dit middel werd mij aanbevolen door de verkoper. De eerste twee dagen wat krampen gehad na inname. Daarna gingen mijn darmen na 4 dagen in herstel. Elke morgen een capsule met water nuchter voor ontbijt. Moet zeggen was sceptisch maar het werkt bij mij echt. Het is de moeite waard en ik kan weer normaal mijn dingen doen. Goeie ontlasting in combinatie met dit middel en goed eten. Is een aanrader.

I like the information given about the products. They have an honesty and frankness about them and explain which probiotic does what and why. This is an enormous help when making decisions. I have used the gut probiotics for some years but I have now tried the Intimate Flora for Women as well. After a full month of taking them, I and finding that I am beginning to feel more comfortable in that area, will order more and continue.

Since using Probiotics Every Day Extra I have seen a significant improvement in my IBS symptoms- I have been able to reduce my medication and am no longer living with daily pain!

Genuinely good product really helped with the dreaded bloat

I’m pleased to say that the probiotics worked very well indeed. I’m on my fifth back to back course of antibiotics for an antibiotic resistant UTI and the effect of these on my gut has been awful. Oddly - no diarrhoea but awful constipation. Constipation is listed as a side effect of abx but most people have diarrhoea. However, I’ve now clued myself up on the concept of “die off” and I understand that these horrible little creatures emit a toxin when they’re destroyed - a bit like a wasp stinging you as a last act of revenge. I believe this happens to a large extent with probiotics too and you have to just keep going as the toxins carry themselves carry on creating havoc until they too are destroyed. My doctor and the microbiologist he’s working with to help me, recommended probiotics but I was very hesitant. There are so many out there and I’ve had them before with little effect. I shall tell my doctor the name of the probiotic I’ve used. He is heavily into good quality supplements and recommends them by brand when he can. Many thanks for the work you’ve done in developing this wonderful product. The idea of eating sauerkraut for the rest of my life does not appeal to me! I shall continue to take it on a daily basis in the hope that it will help other gut issues which plague me, including IBS, Diverticulitis and GERD.

Great product, very tasty and does the job!

Have used it for a while, and felt confident to continue with optibac during pregnancy and breastfeeding. They also have a supportive customer service, as I recently received a jar with a broken seal and a replacement was quickly sent to me.

This product works very well for me. Having come from taking Enzyme Rich Malt Extract for a few months and having some success. I believe I've found a much better way of managing my IBS although it's still very early days to really make an absolute judgement, but I prefer this and it's cheaper than what I was buying before!
