I had loose stools for a number of months after a bout of food poisoning. I was recommended Optibac S. Boulardii. I started on 1 a day and progressed to 4 of the 6 maximum that's suggested. At that dose, my stools returned to normal. I have continued on that amount for 3 months. I have now reduced to 3 and at the moment all is well. My hope is that my own bacteria will restore itself and I will eventually be able to finish taking them. However, if I have to continue on a lower dose, so be it. It's certainly better than the previous situation when my need to know the whereabouts of a toilet overshadowed everything else!

I ordered 2 packs of Probiotics for Travel, for travel specifically with 30mil and I received 2 packs of the normal daily probiotic with 5mil bacteria. I wanted specifically for travel to Philippines and it was misleading to send me the normal one.

Placed an order on 14th October. Now 26th October and still not received. Order was for over £100. Have contacted Optibac and told to wait 10 days. They have given me a tracking number but this informs me Royal Mail are still waiting to receive my parcel. I have spent hundreds of pounds with this company and feel let down.
