United Kingdom | 24 January 2025Great product and great service and I have been using for some time now My advice is that I had one small issue my credit card was renewed and I forgot to update the details with Optibac I didn’t get any message from them that the old card had been declined which I did not realise until i did not get product So then I went on line and updated details and usual service resumed but I lost a few days So watch out if your card expires!

I don’t understand the purpose of ignoring customer emails to adversely impact overall experience. In the end I managed to sort it out myself without any support from optibac.
