Love the booties but too big for me.

Just received my latest online order and love the new ankle boots! They arrived on time and are now my favorite pair. They fit perfectly and are very comfortable. The side zipper allows easy access.

Boots are comfortable and easy to put on. I ordered 8.5 wide to give extra room for thicker socks. They keep feet very warm. Since there is no arch support, I removed the insoles and replaced with my orthotics and now there is no arch pain. The insoles that came with the boots are about 1/4” thick which is adequate for most people I’d think. The boots are cute and stylish.

I received a pair of poor-quality shoes with a brownish mark on the back of the right shoe. I had to return them, but I still need to pay a $5 shipping fee.

These are so comfy and great for light snow! Would definitely buy again!

I never got the 30% discount, so I wanted to cancel the order, no way to do it so I will return the order. I called two times to costumer service to cancel the order and nobody answered afterv1 hour each time
