There are no stores in my city besides outlet ones. I ordered a shoe and when i tried it on it was way too big so I wanted to exchange a size down but they wouldn't let me and they wouldn't honor my Black Friday price to order a new size. EDIT: To the reply: the exchange i made was for a completely different shoe.... I was not able to make an exchange for the other item I wanted.

I ordered 4 pairs of slippers. 2 pairs in my usual size of 8.5 wide and 2 pairs of regular width 9s. The 9s fit perfectly but the 8.5 Ws were HUGE!!!! When placing the 9s next to the 8.5s the 9s were shorter. What gives with that. And then to make things worse I had to pay 5.00 to ship back what was clearly not my fault. Guess my days wearing Clark's shoes are getting numbered.

Actually answer your Customer Service messages. Fix your website with a button that states "Place Order"

I liked purchasing from Clarks website. I received my pair of Clarks in less time than was promised.

I never received my shoes or the bottle of shoe treatment I ordered. I received four emails about my order: one to verify the order had been placed, one that said it had been shipped, one that said it was due for delivery, and one that said my return was being processed! Where is my order? Why was it returned without my ever seeing it?

Revised: The shoes I ordered were defective—crushed heal, very difficult to slip on. I started an exchange. Days later I got a message that I was getting a refund, so I assumed I wouldn’t be getting the shoes. A week later, the shoes arrived. A little confused, but I got the shoes I wanted at a very good price.

I am a life long customer. In particular I am a Wallabee Guy. Unfortunately,I wear a size 15. You guys do a poor job providing colorways options in the larger sizes. Please consider that those of US who have larger feet would enjoy the option of purchasing many of the new fresh and exciting colorways that have been recently added to the Selection of the Originals.
