Good price and on time delivery

Clarks did not acknowledge my attempt to cancel an order made just minutes before. It also didn't confirm the first purchase, which is why I ordered the same shoes twice. I now have to go thru the regular return process to return the second identical order. I've had no relevant response to date.

The slippers were grateful of having my thankful feet, when we buy shoes from this company. They don’t like it when they hurt, but once putting them on is like walking on clouds!

I ordered the boots and the price was $59 on the add to my email . It never gave me a place to put the discount code. It charged my credit card $104.78 . I called Clarks Customer Service and told the girl it was the wrong amount and to cancel the order. She told me she could not cancel the order but that they would send me the $40 when they shipped the boots. I called my credit card company and told them the problem and put in a dispute on my credit card, they told me to return the boots which I did. Dan Emich NEVER TO DO BUSSINESS with CLARK EVER AGAIN !!!!!!!!!!!

I feel like shipping shoes within boxes would be more efficient rather than shipping in just an envelope as they do come scuffed from transport just being in an envelope in their own box.

Clark’s desert boots for women don’t fit the way they used to. They are so narrow and high on the ankle. When I returned the boots that I had ordered online to the store and asked the sales associate to try on some different styles, the associate was rude and condescending.
