I have to deal with ATS on a daily basis and Stacey is so hopefully and makes sure everything is done for me. She also tells me if there’s any problems. She is absolutely amazing.

Have used ATS a few times and would highly recommend. Stacey arranged things for us promptly and even when our project was running behind they were very flexible, letting us extend our skip hire for longer than anticipated.

We used ATS for our skips on a build for a tv show we produced. ATS provided the best service possible the communication and reliability is second to none. I don’t very often write reviews and I didn’t actually end up getting a skip ( not needed in the end ) But I phoned round for prices , my word what a lovely helpful lady I spoke to . Explained sizes , prices and past the time of day cheerfully, knowledgeable and patiently. ( I do go on a bit lol ) Her name was Cally . Thank you Cally !!! If and when I need a skip you’ll be my first call .

GARY rang me when on way and also again when he was on my road so it could be delivered in the best place. Friendly, kind and went out of his way to communicate with me. Highly recommended. Good value 6 yard hire, had one skip collected and replaced with another 6 yard, initial one no problem as only had it 2 weeks and was collected within 2 days upon calling to say it was full, but for the 2nd hire I advised that I was doing a self build and asked if I could have it for an extended time for the whole of April and beginning of May and this was agreed, no mention of extra cost for extended hire, (would have paid if it was mentioned) skip collected with no prior notice given, the skip had ample room left to fill to capacity, I called them to query the collection and was told no extended borrow was agreed! Absolutely shocking customer service with lying office manager. Shame I didn’t record the conversation!!

We placed an order for a skip bag to remove some garden waste/debris, upon delivery we were told by the gentleman the skip bag needs to be placed in the road. We did so being none the wiser and this resulted in the bag being damaged by a car/truck. We contacted ATS straight away and advised them of the damage to which they supplied us with a new bag. They were unaware we were told to place this in the road and couldn’t apologise more, resulting in them refunding us the whole amount for the skip bag hire (which I wasn’t expecting.) They arranged for collection the very next day once we advised them we had refilled the new bag. We will definitely be using ATS again if we ever need to hire a skip/skip bag. Really good service all around. Thanks again to Stacey for all of her help, it is very much appreciated.

The office staff were all really helpful, checking with us to make sure the collection date was still ok. And despite staff shortage due to Covid the skip was still collected on the day arranged. Both the drivers were pleasant and helpful situating the skip just where we needed it, despite it not being the easiest place for them to deliver it. The pricing is competitive and we would certainly use ATS again!

Everything was fine with the delivery, but when I tried to get the skip collected it was like a different company. I called to tell the office that the skip was ready for collection, 2 days ahead of my original off hire date, but nobody collected it. OK, so today is the day it should have been collected, I called to see what time it was going to be... Oh my god you'd have thought I was asking for something out of this world..... What I got was 2 very rude ladies quoting the terms and conditions at me and stating "Can't get anybody there today, what do you want to do about it?" "This is the busiest weekend of the year". I tried to discuss with them, tried being the optimum word..... that "it's a Bank Holiday weekend and I have visitors", "I off hired early so this wouldn't be an issue", I was told "we're not collecting it, it's our busiest weekend you'll have to wait!!!", "you're not on the most economical route", it was like a relentless tirade I'm disappointed really, I now have a skip on my drive for the Bank Holiday weekend and people visiting that'll need to park on the road. I thought they were a reasonable company. but I suppose you only know the level of the customer service when there is an problem. I'll go elsewhere in the future and I suggest anybody else does the same

Really good service. Arrived when it was booked for, driver was friendly. Prompt response when i advised them it was ready to collect. Due to the storms i followed up for a collection update - received an immediate response and it was then collected on the same day. This was really impressive service. Thank you.

Just moved house and ordered a skip from ATS. I had no idea what size I would need so spoke to Carly and Stacey in the office who advised the perfect size.
