ATS were on-time and above expectation and the best price. Cheap doesn’t always mean great but ATS excelled. They took into account the fact I was moving house the following week and bought the collection of the skip forward by a day to accommodate. My dealings with them were friendly and engaging - especially Stacey in the office, who was happy and bubbly on the phone. After I requested an invoice, this was delivered quickly, despite me having already paid. Overall - fantastic service. Would certainly recommend.

We don’t have the space at our property to house a skip for a period of time so the guys come over help us load up and take the skip away straight away. I rang many skip hire firms to get a quote for a 6 yard skip to be delivered quickly, as the weather had changed and my builders could reroof my garage. Several companies could help, but I chose ATP because Tom was so helpful, very friendly, ensured he knew what was wanted, could have a skip delivered the next day (a Saturday) and was flexible with collection of skip afterwards. The price was also roughly the same as other skip hire companies (a couple of whom bumped the price up when they realised I needed the skip asap). The guy who delivered the skip was friendly, chatty, efficient and explained that a usual 6 yard skip hadn't been available, so I had received a brand new one which hadn't even had the ATP name on it. The skip was supposed to be collected on the following Saturday but I ended up with a couple of extra days. I rang Stacey in the office on Monday and asked when the skip would be collected, as my neighbour and I would have to move our vehicles because the drive is narrow and has a bend in it, so extra space is needed. I also explained that Wednesday is bin day and none of us like to have vehicles on the road due to it being narrow. She sorted it so the skip would go Tuesday. She was really great to talk with, very friendly and efficient, a lot of laughter went on and she was very keen that I was happy with the service the company gave. I moved my car Monday night and my neighbour was going to move her van after the school run on Tuesday. However, the driver came before the vehicle was moved. He had another full skip on the truck and I was impressed by his skill in getting the 2 skips on the lorry. He had reversed the lorry past my neighbour's van with no scrapes and without getting on the flower bed. Some of my guests can't do this in a car without getting on the latter! He spent a lot of time using different blocks on top of my skip and also trying various "swings" of the "crane" in order to ensure the other skip was level. The service from Tom and Stacey couldn't be bettered and the 2 drivers were very efficient and good at their job. I wouldn't go to any other skip hire company.

Excellent service. Skip was delivered on time and collected without delay. Very friendly staff also. They are the only skip hire firm I could find who actually advertise their prices on the website, rather than having to email them for a quote. Really simple booking process - choose what you want, choose your delivery date, order and pay online and that’s it!

The gorgeous Stacey has been wonderful, great service, nothing was too much trouble for her. She has such a soothing sexy voice, it’s always a pleasure speaking to her.
