Excellent service from the office lady when booking to the driver when delivering and collecting. I would have no hesitation about using ATS again

Excellent service from Emma and Neil [both drivers] who were most considerate, efficient and only too willing to do as we asked ~ ie where was the best place for the skip. Excellent service from ATS Mini Skips. Ordered small skip on internet. Easy to use ordering system, no fuss, no bother. Easy to choose the right size skip and having the dimensions shown was really useful to visualise the skip's proportions. Driver rang before delivery to double check details and skip was collected on the day they said it would.

Cally in the office was very helpful in looking at photos of my waste to decide on the size of the skip which was perfect. She made the whole process very easy. Emma then arrived to deliver my skip and expertly negotiated my steep driveway and manoeuvred the skip into the tight spot I asked her too. I was pleasantly surprised when Cally arrived to collect my skip and clearly demonstrated she is just as comfortable out of the office as in it!! Both women made light work of a traditionally male orientated job. Lovely to see. Thank you ATS. I will certainly use your company again!! Five stars to Cally and Emma!

Arrived on time, delivered exactly where we wanted it, collected on time. All staff polite, helpful & friendly. Cannot recommend them highly enough. New driver Liam handled collection brilliantly - wish him continued success with a great company. Obviously being trained properly.

Very disappointed - have used over the last 18 months but now they are too busy and refuse to travel this far. But they took the online booking. would now give zero stars

I have recently hired a skip from ATS it was the first time using a skip. Process was easy from booking to asking questions. Response time was quick. When the skip was delivered the man explained everything. Would definitely use again.

Very reliable, friendly and polite services. They delivered and collected our skip very poffesionally despite access being very tight this was no problem. Their driver Lee made my little boys day when he let him have a go on the controls. Highly recommend these guys

Excellent service from initial enquiry, to booking and receipt of wait and load skip. Flexible and accommodating on time frame and driver was very friendly and was happy to help load the skip, in fact did most of it himself! Highly recommend ATS in what can be a pricey market, lots of competitors have ‘hidden costs’ but ATS all up front prices.
