Fantastic local company. Great knowledge, personal service and prompt delivery. The owner knew exactly how to guide us through what we needed. They delivered exactly when they said they would within a couple of weeks of ordering. The delivery team were very polite, knowledgeable and put the bed together for us without hesitation. At the Bed Specialist we received a friendly welcome and some excellent advice on the options available to meet our requirements. We were given the opportunity to try out the various available beds/mattresses and encouraged to take our time to choose the one that best suited our preference. Throughout our visit to the store, we had the full attention of the salesman who gave us detailed explanations of the features of the different options available.

When visiting the shop sales man was very knowledgeable and gave us good information. We didn’t feel under any pressure . Delivery driver was pleasant and very careful.

I have purchased beds and mattresses from the Bed Specialists before and each time it has been excellent service. The staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. For my most recent mattress purchase, I spent about 2 hours trying various mattresses. I was allowed to lie on the mattresses for as long as I wanted so I could be sure I chose the most comfortable one for me. I recommend this company.

The depth of knowledge of their products. This is the only place in the area to buy a bed. They only sell beds so they can concentrate on this area unlike most furniture stores who lack expertise and rely on manufacturers glossy leaflets and slick advertising to sell their products. Excellent service from first walking in the shop to final delivery.

Excellent service from start to finish, particularly appreciated the no pressure approach. Lots of helpful advice was given by the knowledgeable and friendly assistant. The bed took slightly longer to arrive than was stated but it wasn't a problem for us. Delivery and set up was smooth and quick particularly in such hectic surroundings (we had builders in too!). The bed is amazing, thoroughly recommend 😊👍

I simply cannot recommend the Bed Specialist enough. They are a cut above other companies. At no point did we feel ‘sold to’; they went above and beyond to help us with our decision. When it came to delivery, they were so accommodating and flexible with us. I’m so happy with our mattress. Honestly, ignore the chains and just go straight to this company- they know their stuff and they will look after you.

Very good informative service from someone who knows what they are talking about. Unfortunately you forgot to send the mattress protector but never the less the matter was put right quickly. We can all make mistakes but it was acknowleged and corrected without a load of excuses. No hesitation in dealing with you again.
