Everything went well. The bed was a special bespoke size, but there were no problems. It was the right design, the right timber, and it arrived on time. Highly recommended.

It was easy to order, delivery was on time in fact earlier than I expected. And the pillows are great.

I have never meet such an uncaring company. They have no compassion whatsoever. My Mother passed away a week after placing an order for a bed They said the order would take at least two weeks to make. However when I informed them of my sad news they said there was nothing they could do and then the bed was coming tomorrow, 8 days after placing order. This dragged on for several months. All they wanted Ron was get the bed moved out of their Yeovil store which eventually happened in March 2023 They refused to refund at all. My credit card company said they should under the circumstances and show compassion. I visited other bed companies in the area who stated they would not have hesitated to do a full refund as it would be the only thing to do under the circumstances I would NEVER recommend them or place an order ever again with them Beware who you are dealing with please

Great advice and a good range of beds to experience in store. No pressure to buy and a genuine sense that the best result for us was paramount.

From first entering the shop we were given helpful advice, the experienced assistant listened carefully to our requirements & didn't pressurise us in any way to buy a more expansive mattress (although we did). Mattress was delivered on time by courteous, cheerful employees & has given us an excellent night's sleep since. Difficult to fault the whole experience.

Excellent service both before and post delivery of our mattress. We chose a Vice-spring mattress which turned out to be too firm for me, but the change to a softer one has gone very smoothly and the customer service and delivery from the Bed Specialist is second to none!
