The only negative was to hang around and wait for pick up. Otherwise, enjoyed the journey in clean, comfortable, shuttle with friendly and professional driver. Your booking staff were great as they organised my trip at very short notice. Will use again.

Pick up and arrival going to the airport was on time, the return from the airport was earlier than stated which was good for us as we did not have to wait as long as I thought we would. The drivers were very friendly and informative. I would definitely use them again.

The trip to Akld airport was more direct than the recent trip to Papamoa as the shuttle went so many places it was almost two shuttles were required. The trip to Akld was fairly quick and got me there on time. The shuttle was clean.

Was given run 1 and driver to pick me up at 3.20am. I am impressed with their punctuality as the drive arrived right on time. Went to pickup another couple before heading to Airport. A smooth journey throughout. Will definitely book with Luxury Airport Shuttles when i visit New Zealand again.

I found that now they can not pick you up outside airport, the long walk a pain, especially in bad weather. Driver was very good, carrying my suitcase up the stairs to. Back door, I really appreciated that as I am 77 and waiting for hip replacement. Carol
