Needed an urgent shuttle to Auckland due to bad weather affecting internal flights. The office team arranged for the current shuttle to hop back and pick me up. The driver was amazing in making sure I go there on time, and he also came back to the airport after I left my headphones in the back! Great service, lovely people - would consider them over an internal flight again.

Very circuitous trip-seems no GPS we were lost at times!No toilet stop & driver did not take my 86 yr old friends case to door!Long trek to shuttle from airport with no consideration of we octogenarians!That was our return trip!
