I was quite apprehensive about buying from unknown site but i did my homework and decided to give them a try and i am very pleased i did. I bought windows to to upgrade my wifes old laptop but then ran into difficulty as my computer wouldnt open one of the files i had downloaded but it was no problem because i was able to link in with Charles online and he was quite happy to guide me through the process. Being unsure as i am not too tec savvy i was then able to pass control to Charles who remotely completed the whole process for me. Overall MS office and Charles managed everything in a very professional manner. Very happy with the outcome and would highly reccomend.

Couldn't get the Product Key to work, contacted MS chat and spoke to Alex. He gave me a new key and MS Office works perfectly.

It was very easy to purchase my Windows 10 upgrade. Very reasonably priced aswell. Immediate delivery of product key. Was upgrading from Windows 7! Got so far and hit a problem probably due to my computer. Got in touch with Charles on the chat line. Purchased their free for three days tech help. He took over my computer and after a couple of hours dealt with the problems and installed Windows 10 for me. Very much appreciated his help. Could NOT have done it on my own. So grateful. Would highly recommend. I just need to get used to Windows 10 now. But I know if I have any problems where to go!

The only problem we had was having errors with downloading so we had to be in contact with IT techs. Twice actually until every worked. Both Charlie and Alex were great to deal with...even followed up by email to ensure all went well

Met a representative, Mark. I told him this was my first P.C. and that it was built. Let's just say ol chap hung in there with me, and guided me through the process of installing windows and giving me good help along the way. He was patient and responded quickly. I was hesitant placing my order for Windows 10 because of the low price being offered. After checking here I decided to take a chance on it and I'm happy to say the product is great and the service was first rate. I received my activation code within 60 seconds. On top of that, they also send a follow up mail to check if you have any issues and offer instant online help. I didn't need it, but I felt it was a nice touch.

I had a problem activating an upgrade from Windows 11 Home to Pro. from the initial problem Jason was prompt to return emails and then suggested i sign up for a free 3 day support package where he logged in & quickly fixed the issue. great service, i will be using you guys again !

I was having a ton of issues and Charles walked me through it all, and when I got frustrated and my lack of skills got the best of me, he took over and solved the issues for me. The problem was somewhat unique to my setup (Mac M2, Windows 11 Pro with Paralllels 18). I am now a fan of MS OFFICE STORE and it is my GO-TO PLACE!!

Charles was with me every step of the way, guiding me through installation issues that were basically for more advanced users. He was cordial, definitely knew what he was doing but most importantly, kept his cool and never left me during a potentially difficult installation. I am an experienced mac and pc user with more than 30 years experience and I can appreciate when "technical support" does exactly what the term says. I would highly recommend Charles help you if you go through a Windows upgrade and I mean that sincerely. I will definitely do business with MS Office Store again.

I needed some help with my purchase, to make sure I was buying the correct version of the OS and that it would work fine on my system. Chat session with Jason quickly resolved problem with Windows 11 activation code. The one I first received was for an earlier version of Windows 11. They gave me a new code for the updated version. All worked out.
