I accidently installed an enterprise version of Windows 11 Pro which I purchased from MS Office Store. The purchase and download was a snap, the SNAFU in the upload was mine. I contacted the help chat and was connected with Charles. Having been the CEO of a middle market company for 28 years, I always had access to my IT group that solved all my hardware and software problems. So, to say the least, my expertise at solving software problems is at around the second grade level. Charles patiently helped me download some software that allowed him access to my computer. Bam, Bam, Bam, Bam, Charles solved my problem. I am off and running!
