This company are great. Had an issue installing Microsoft Windows Professional and opened a chat with them. Aedonis sorted everything and installed another product for us. Cannot thank them enough.

When I choose a product or service I always look at the reviews to see what people say. At the same time if all they say is 'excellent' I am inclined to be a bit sceptical. However I thought I would trust the reviews on the MSOffice store when I decided to purchase an upgrade from Windows10 Home to Windows 10 Pro. In the beginning I got problems trying to activate the product code sent to me. So I started asking in the chat window on the site and I have to say I was really surprised how comprehensive the support provided by Drake was! He guided me through every issue I was experiencing in a patient, and calm manner until I resolved the problems (which were all at my end)... So I 100% recommend this company because of the outstanding support offered.

I was a little anxious to make the change to upgrade my PC to Windows 10 but the help assistant reassured me that other software I had on my PC would be compatible with the new upgrade. Simple and completely reliable. Incredible value for money. The Win10 Pro download was quicker than I expected. The installation was seamless and the effect on my PC has been tremendous. I do have a very powerful, fast and comprehensive machine that was using Win7 Ultimate, and this might have aided the whole process?

surprisingly worked out after I called microsoft and dealt with a extraordinary long number exchange back an forth and they are not all fantastic english speakers at those call centers when it comes to the windows 10 ultimate pro key also staff had some issues having more in stock on this site but they sorted it out within less than 30minutes and I'm rather satisfied with my windows 10 experience so far it's been a few days now no issues , the site was alittle weird and vacant of stuff to choose from but the essentials were their! I'd recommend them to any family member without much worry.

Very easy to install and to use.

Never received my email with details on it. Called the office number and was told to wait 20. Mins then chat to the online facility. After 30 I chatted to the online to be told to wait for the email. After 3 hours I went back to online chat and they then sent me the link in the chat box. ( why was this not done in original chat)

Great support

The second person who I contacted to help install the programme I had to remind him I was an elderly person not very computer literate and would cease the contact. He then changed and the programme was installed. I think before the session starts the chat person should try and establish who they might be engaging with. I hope this helps. Malcolm
