My time is Napa was absolutely insane!!! I had the best time making memories, drinking too much and having no sleep. The location of where we stayed was perfect, couldn't ask for a better location. Any issues I had, I went to Toni, she replied quick, gave me a solution or fixed it for me. She was amazing!!! Her and Sam gave such great vibes before entering an event, always happy and bubbly, they are just brilliant at their jobs!!!!

My reps sophie and harley were absolutely incredible. They answered any questions we had and got us any tickets we wanted for a cheaper price. Showed us all around zante, best places to go and worst 🤣gunna miss them both so much thank u guys 💕💕

If it wasn’t for Sophie the rep in zante , I wouldn’t know where I’d be she’s always at hand and only ever a message away, she’s treats you like family and always takes care of you, best rep wouldn’t go with anyone else , if she’s not repping next year I won’t be back !

I wasn’t actually with ace I was with workers family but the reps didn’t do anything. Sophie, a rep from Ace helped me out a lot. She sorted out events for a lot cheaper and didn’t rip us off. When I do this again I’d go with ace as the reps help you a lot more, do more for you and sell us event tickets for the price they really are and not make them more expensive.

Had the most amazing couple months in Zante, Sophie has been so helpful and lovely since we first got here, organised the best events and bar crawls! Always replied to our messages so quickly whenever we needed anything!

If you’re lookin to do a season out in Ayia Napa book it with Ace. The reps Sam and Toni are proper sound and help with everything. As soon as you get here you’ll meet all the other workers and be sorted straight away. There’s somethin goin on every day and night and the strips always active. Napa’s the place to be.

Great experience some of the best days of my life! Made so much better by the amazing reps out with ace in Ayia Napa, Toni and Sam! Any issues we had were sorted straight away and the organisation from them both was absolutely impeccable, got us to all the events we wanted to attend and were very helpful and informative when it came to getting work. Went above and beyond what they needed to to make our experience better. Would definitely recommend to others :)

Had a great experience with ace working holidays. Our reps were Toni & Sam and they were a great help with making sure we were happy with our room and helping us with the AC and any other issues we had and checked in on us and helped with finding jobs. Would highly recommend

We came to Ayia Napa for 5 weeks, with Ace working holidays! When we arrived we met our reps Toni & Sam, they were really lovely and helpful throughout the whole time we were here. Highly recommend, had a great experience!

I had the best time working for ace. The only one thing I would say is the rooms were not what were advertised so it does take some getting use to.. But I’m terms of working & making new pals & the company themselves it was good!

Majority of these reviews are staged… however after booking with ace they failed to inform us that they were a third party, so after arriving (with our accom being changed 3 times, including once on the day of arrival) there are no reps to support you in-resort. The accommodation they set you up in are grim, the room was dirty, had no working shower or fridge and no lights in the bathroom or one of the shoebox bedrooms. A small group of us ended up having to book our own accommodation due to these issues and requested support with a refund through Fabio who claimed he would contact management however then left us in the dark and stranded abroad for the best part of a fortnight. Management so unprofessional and rude and didn’t take any action until my family got legal services involved. They have already had legal battles due to giving false pretences of guaranteed jobs, failing to inform anyone that as a UK Citizen it is virtually impossible to get a job after brexit, and any job you do get it completely illegal and punishable with a hefty fine if you get caught. Save yourself the time and money and do it yourself or through Playaway (as they are actually a registered business in Spain, unlike Ace). Have been living a nightmare the last 3 weeks with no support (which they claim they have) due to this unregistered company and highly advise anyone thinking of booking through Ace not to.

Had the best summer ever going with Ace!! Toni and Sam the reps were so lovely and welcoming. They helped us get jobs and was always there if we ever needed anything. Looking forward to coming back next year🫶🏻xxx

Had the best 4 weeks in ayia napa made so many memories and met the best group of people! Toni and Sam were very welcoming and supported me throughout the whole 4 weeks, could not recommend them enough!

I have no complaints about ace holidays at all. Every time we’ve needed help or had questions Toni and Sam (our reps) responded straight away. I had no problems getting a job at all as there is plenty of jobs available. So far I’ve loved the experience and I’ve decided I’m going to do stay another month because of how enjoyable it is. Ayia Napa is the place to be 🙌

Honestly cannot recommend a better experience to do at this age, everything about the setup, events, workers it is all round a great experience. From the second we got out here Toni and Sam, the head reps were extremely helpful from start to finish. They sort any problem out and are the nicest people. If you are struggling with anything such as a job, accommodation or just any issues in general they are the first people to do their upmost to resolve it. If you have any doubt about coming out here, DONT!
