Went out to Napa on my own and had such an amazing experience!! Made friends for life and enjoyed every second. It’s reasonably cheap for drinks and food but definitely get the package wristband for events when you get there, 100% worth it as it gets you into most of the events for free or discounted. Toni and Sam were our reps and they were so lovely, always there to help before we went out and while we were there. Definitely want to go back !!

Ace working holidays has been one of the best experiences of my life. I have to say I was skeptical at first with the whole process, but both of the reps Toni and Sam have been so helpful with any questions and requests I’ve had. If your coming on your own or in a group you are bound to meet people wherever you go as many will be in the same boat. If your thinking about it I strongly recommend you won’t regret it ! 😃

Me and my friend have come out to Ayia Napa and have had the best experience. If you’re looking for a break where you can have a break as well as meeting new people and creating friendships. Drinks are reasonably cheap and they do events packages where there’s a lot included from boat parties to bar crawls for cheaper prices . The reps Toni and Sam are really supportive and help with anything they can. Really grateful for my experience and will be doing it again.

I came to magaluf with ace workers in 2016 and I've been here ever since! The staff help you so much with getting a job but also Making friends which can be a worry coming on your own! It was stress free and I'd recommend this company to anyone wanting to come and do a season!

Complete Scam! Please do not trust this company, they are scam artists. This is a scheme for them to take money off you. Use other sites such as worlpackers if you wish to find work abroad a 1/10th the price. They have charged me 60 euro to cancel my place one day after I booked.

I have decided to continue my review which I wrote in July last year considering the disgraceful unprofessionalism exhibited by Ace. After I came home from Magaluf (or should I say Mega-rough), I contacted Tia my rep asking for my deposit back. Even though she was the one who made me pay the deposit, she said she wasn’t in charge of the refunds and I would have to contact another rep, who I was not in touch with, despite me having left 2 weeks prior, and she sold my bed within 2 days! This is what Ace do; they know that very few people will end up actually staying the period they paid for, so they sell on your bed again and get double the money for it. Tia was so unprofessional - our conversation went: ‘you’re quicker to sell my bed on than to give me my deposit back’ to which she responded ‘love that, you’re so funny *laughing face emoji*. So if that doesn’t tell you everything you need to know about the people who are supposed to take care of you, I don’t know what will. Fabio, another one of the reps, said my review was ‘defamatory and untrue and would likely be taken down’. He knows exactly the game he’s playing, and I’d love him to provide the evidence that contradicts the authenticity of my review. Where is the proof what I am saying is defamatory? Another thing I forgot to include was that in light of Brexit, it is a very grey area to work within the European Union as a British Citizen nowadays. The shot girls were instructed ‘if the police come, drop your trays and run’, which Ace was fully aware about. Why am I adding to this review? Because two weeks ago I got an email from Trustpilot saying that Ace Working Holidays had requested more information about my review, otherwise it may be taken down. My first impression was ‘oh my, the audacity’ because I was back and forth with them relentlessly last Summer about my experience, even sending them a letter threatening legal action which was ignored surprise, surprise. They know exactly who I am, and they know the game that they’re playing all too well, but no one has ever been bothered to stop them, which is why they get away with this year on year. Ace don’t even give you a booking reference number when you book your place which demonstrates how shady they are from the get-go. I got a phone call from someone from the ‘Claims Department’ at Ace Working Holidays shortly after I responded to the email requesting more information about my review, and he said he could get me a 50% refund, and I would hear back within a few days. It’s been 12 days and I have heard nothing. Now, why was the ‘Claims Department’ never in touch with me when I sent a letter threatening court action back in July, and why is this only in relation to my public review? To protect appearances of course. I would not even be satisfied with a 50% refund to be perfectly honest, because I had paid for the cost of my bed which they sold on again, so they received twice a months’ rent, and I had to pay 200 euros for an early flight home, despite having one prebooked to depart at the end of the month because the conditions were just unbearable. I was totally ripped off. What’s more my friend had the same experience, and I told the man on the phone he should contact her next, but he said ‘did she write a review? Can’t really do anything if she didn’t write a review.’ Ace can call my review defamatory and blast it all they like, but they know it is true to the last letter, and everybody who was there in Magaluf with Ace agreed with it… I was told someone read it out to everyone around the pool and they agreed. Further on the subject of authentic reviews, on the same day as I received the email requesting more information from Ace, several 5* reviews sprouted up on their Trustpilot, from people who had also reviewed Summer Takeover Working Holidays – the sister company of Ace. This is proof that the reviews are fake and are posted by friends of the Ace staff / resort reps. They were clearly trying to do some ‘cleaning up’ before the Summer season to make them seem like a legit rated organisation, but we all know the reality!! Ace has been in trouble with the Advertising Standards Agency before which you can read about via a quick google search. Not a surprise that they didn’t respond to the rulings. But the investigation concluded that Ace Working Holidays was misleading because it could not provide any evidence to demonstrate that they had secured employment or accommodation in any of the listed resorts for their customers over the last seven summers. They lied about having contracts with businesses in the resorts and I can support this statement because you're on your own out there! It's up to you. I would attach photos and screenshots if it was possible, but Trustpilot doesn’t have that feature. I can’t say I have ever genuinely hated a company before but there’s a first time for everything.

Last year I booked a package with Ace working holidays the process was nice and simple and the Reps were so helpful. After paying the 1 pound, the payments came out automatically as stated on the website and I never had to do anything else except sit back and wait to depart! Looking forward to getting to my accom this year in Ibiza! Let’s goooo!!!

This was one of the best experiences I had ever had. In 2022 Ace Working holidays made it nice and simple for me to sign up and I was walked through with a REP step by step all the way up to my arrival which they then helped me find a job as a PR . I couldn’t recommend this company enough

absolute scam. paid the £1 deposit to get more info about the scam and they stole over £300 from my bank account after I cancelled my place that I am currently fighting to get back. Corey was very rude over Whatsapp, telling my that I can "demand" MY money back all I want but it won't happen. These people are rude and unhelpful, and I will be fighting for my money back for however long it takes until I get it. Never use this snam company

Top company ran by the top Gs Made everyone feel inclusive and successfully got people high in their spirits. Just did my first season and can honestly say it was one of the best experiences of my life. So good I’m going back again next year!

Not gonna lie, thought it was a scam at first. People are going on about, we had to pay a £49 cancellation fee because we didn’t want to pay £599 for it. Get a grip, look below and it says the price. The reps have been great and are really reassuring. Go with ace, I didn’t regret it.

They expect you to pay for the travel package which is expected and fair enough, however, after seeing the price I decided I can’t, at this point in time and in this climate, make these payments. Then they want you to pay £49 pounds to cancel your place. Personally, that’s absurd and unfair. No thanks, like people aren’t struggling these days. 49 pounds you know.

My name is Sara & I did my first season working abroad with Ace Working holidays and i loved the experience and all the amazing people I met along the way. The company organised an event in Leeds a couple of months before we flew out to the resort where everyone was able to meet up with all the other Ace workers and all the reps. Arriving in resort I already felt quite comfortable as I’d met and been chatting to everyone online for months at this point, so once we had dumped the bags in the apartment, met the landlord and sorted all the boring check in stuff we were straight to the nearest bar to chat, mingle and get pissed haha This is one of those experiences that in hindsight I can see improved my self confidence a lot and taught me so much about myself as well as other people I’ve met. Sure it’s not for everyone but I personally highly recommend it xxx

I flew out to Magaluf this past summer on the Ace 28day package and what an experience my summer turned out to be! I think most people will agree that the thought of going abroad to work is a bit daunting so you can imagine my relief when a friend of mine who had worked in Zante a few years back mentioned Ace Working Holidays. I was a bit skeptical to start with since it seemed too good to be true and far to easy and the way my friend explained it probably didn't help but I was given a number to Whatsapp one of their online reps and they explained the process and answered all my question. Over all the experience was incredible although it wasn't quite what I had imagined it would be like, I did feel a bit home sick the first few days especially as I'm naturally quite introverted but working living and socialising with the same group of people you get to know them all really well and if like me you have a good group on your arrival date (lucky dip really) then it makes the whole thing so much easier. I would definitely recommend getting involved in the members group and any chats as it just makes that first day a little less awkward. I honestly can't recommend Ace enough! Summer 2023 . . .

I went to Ayia Napa on the 1st July and was in napa for 3 weeks, as soon as l came to my apartment l was told to make a payment of €50 for the deposit and was promised l would get the money back if l am leaving the apartment. And the reps were trying to promote their useless package which is worth €100, guys l am telling you do not even bother to buy those packages they are freaking useless. And the apartment l stayed in was Pan Marie Apartment and it was a horror movie!! The apartment is so old and dirty. Before coming to napa l have been asking the reps so Corey Ace and Toni Krahn information regarding the apartment and they refused to provide information about the accommodation which for me was a red flag… they literally told me that l will find out the accommodation once l step my foot in Napa, and when l stepped my foot in napa l was provided the location of the accommodation which was Pan Marie appartament. I have paid £625 to stay in that disgusting accommodation which is outrageous. Guys you can literally go on booking.com and find a quality accommodation for a cheaper price. The Ace company are pretty much stealing your money, l have heard from someone that the reps don’t even own the Pan Marie Appartament but they are renting. So, pretty much they are paying £120 for the rent and demanding £625 from us so pretty much they are making a profit of £505. The reps don’t give a crap about our well-being when l was sick l asked the reps where l can get to a pharmacy and they told me just use your phone and look for a pharmacy nearby, but the thing is that l did not have internet so l couldn’t really look for it. The pan Marie accomandation was horrible l can’t believe they let people live in that apartment, the apartment did not have an AC so it was hot as hell inside and it did not have essential things like soup, towel and tissue l… l pretty much had to buy them. The Pan Marie Appartament also does not have Wi-Fi. And the other issue is that there is no privacy within Pan Marie Apartment so like you don’t really get to have your own room but you are forced to share a room with someone. And when l was about to leave for the Uk l asked the reps so Corey Ace and Toni Krahn for a refund of the deposit and they refused to provide me a refund of the deposit which is shocking!! And guys the reps did not even bother to help me look for a job in napa… guys if you want to look for a job in napa all you have to do is to reach the clubs on Instagram and let them know you are interested in working for them and they will get back to you asap. That’s pretty much what l did l sent a dm to Black and White club on Instagram and they got back to me the next day asking me to attend the club for the training. So yes guys do not book your holiday with Ace, they are literally the worst company ever!!!

I couldn’t have asked for a better rep than Tia she was very friendly and welcoming on arrival. She also went out of her way to show me around Magaluf and helped the group out with any problems or issues that we had. Overall a very positive experience.
