DO NOT SIGN WITH THIS COMPANY FOR £1!!!!! It isn’t a pound at all, I only wanted information to realise if I wanted to opt out that would mean a £68 cancellation fee…when I contacted them, they were no help and wouldn’t cancel my position and then said ‘thanks for wasting our time’. So I’ve been left no other option but to cancel my card!!!!

I’m very enraged about my experience with ace workers!! They have came off as a SCAM COMPANY in my situation!! I had been browsing for working holidays and paid 1£ fee for more information about what ace workers has to offer, no where when signing up did it say that It would sign me up for automatic payments to pay for a £1000 holiday! I had contacted the reps with no luck saying I did not want to participate in these holidays to which I was told I had to pay £70 fee which is disgraceful!! Long story short £200 was charged to my card that I cancelled and was still signed up for monthly payments! I have been trying to contact them since with no luck I just keep getting ignored. I had no idea I was going to get charged this much after paying only a £1 deposit, this is a complete and utter SCAM and they should be reported I don’t understand how they can get away with scamming people like this. This is so unfair I’m a working student £200 is 2 weeks off my wages that pay for my groceries and necessities!! They refuse to refund me !!COMPLETE SCAM

I booked to come to zante this summer after hearing about Ace from a friend but without really looking into how it all works. Luckily the reps were helpful and able to answer all of my questions and helped me sort payments for my accommodation. Everyone I spoke with has been super helpful and I cant wait to meet everyone out there
