The store has extremely limited range of items but was kindly given a gift voucher so have had to spend on items to use the voucher or would lose it. Still haven’t received the items, but more down to the Post Office than RMS. The postage costs added a further third onto the bill which made it even more disappointing. Most likely won’t shop with the store in the future due to the very limited products and postage costs.

Everything from ordering to delivery was brilliant experience.

I ordered 2 x wagons and had no problems used a gift voucher, kept me informed and updated on delivery, but gave only 4stars as very limited on choice .As a lot of were preorder and no indication estimated delivery , would use again

Delivered speedily at a fair price

Sadly ordered 4 vehicles OO gauge at the beginning of February. As all advertised were for pre order. Still not here mid May !! All other stores have vehicles or can get them within days. This order now cancelled. As it was a gift voucher I have had to order the only vehicle available on their site for alot more money and have lost the remainder Will never use again as their stock ( other than actual trains) is very, very limited

I inadvertently made an error whilst ordering online, this was at teatime. I realised my mistake after leaving the website so immediately sent an email explaining the situation. Later that evening I received a reply stating that if I gave the right information they would amend the order. I think this shows what a good company they are in reacting so quickly and getting the order sorted. It arrived today. Thank-you.

I am in Australia so I ordered an item I could not get here - and it was cheaper than if it was available here. Service was quick, back and forth emails regarding postage was quick and I suspected a high level of courtesy and helpfulness. Worth watching for further purchases

I model in HO, so there is not always a large choice, there were a few interesting items. The selection process was straight forward and the goods were dispatched quickly. I have further items on back order.
